A sweet spread perfect for fresh bread still hot from the oven.
1 C. fat free cream cheese 1 C. cottage cheese 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 tsp. white sugar 1/2 C. raisins
Place fat free cream cheese, cottage cheese, cinnamon and white sugar in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in raisins. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving. Yield: 20 servings (2.5 C.)
