1 C. low fat cottage cheese 1 C. skim milk 4 Tbs. sugar or honey 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 C. frozen unsweetened raspberries or strawberries
Put cottage cheese, milk, sugar, vanilla, and frozen berries in a blender. Process until smooth. Yield: 2 servings
