1 C. cooked chicken, diced 1 C. celery, finely diced 1/2 C. onion, finely diced 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup 1 16 oz. can bean sprouts, drained 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 C. cashews, coarsely chopped 1 5 oz. can chow mein noodles Nonstick cooking spray
Spray inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles. Place mixture in crock pot and cook on LOW for 5 to 9 hours, or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Serve with chow mein noodles.
