3-4 boneless chicken breasts; cooked, diced 1/4 C. green onions; chopped 2 stalks celery; chopped 2 C. cooked brown rice 1/4 C. dry white wine 2 C. chicken broth
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
