Semi-sweet and German chocolate both go into this super-rich brownie.
1 C. margarine 2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate 2 oz. baking German chocolate 2 C. sugar 4 extra-large or jumbo eggs 1 C. flour 1 tsp. butternut vanilla or vanilla Nuts, chopped (optional)
Melt margarine and chocolates. Remove from heat and mix in sugar. Always mix by hand when making brownies. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition. Stir in flour, vanilla, and nuts. Pour into a greased 13x9" pan. Sprinkle nuts on top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Test for doneness with a toothpick; don’t over bake.
