1 C. raisins 1/2 C. water 1/4 C. margarine 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 C. flour 1 egg, slightly beaten, 3/4 C. unsweetened applesauce 1 Tbs. sugar substitute 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the first five ingredients until margarine melts. Continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Spread into an 8-inch square greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
