Ingredients

1 C. water, 110 degrees F / 45 degrees C
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 large egg
2 1/2 C. bread flour
1 package powdered cheese (from macaroni and cheese approximately 1/3 C.)
1/2 can large pitted black olives
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper (or more)
1 3/4 tsp. active dry yeast (package = 2 1/4 tsp.)

Directions

Combine flour and cheese. Mix well. Add ingredients into bread machine according to manufacturer’s instructions. Put olives in with the rest of the ingredients; they will get broken up in the mixing. Bake on Regular setting. Yield: 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
