Delicious pork chop potato casserole that cooks for over an hour - plan ahead.
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 carton sour cream 6 pork chops flour parsley flakes (optional) salt and pepper to taste 5 C. sliced potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Combine soup and sour cream in bowl, mixing well. In a separate bowl, mix flour with seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley if using). Wet pork chops and then coat them with seasoned flour. Place potatoes in a 9x13x2-inch buttered casserole. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover with sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 25 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
