Cooking with whole wheat noodles in an excellent way to get more nutrients into your diet, and this dish is a yummy way to do so.
1 lb. whole wheat noodles, cooked and drained 1 1/2 C. cottage cheese, 2% fat 1 C. nonfat yogurt 1 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard 1 tsp. pepper 1 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 lb. gruyere cheese, shredded 1/2 C. pecans
Combine everything except the cheese. Turn into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese and additional pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
