This cold salad makes an excellent side dish for weekend barbecues or even a light lunch.
1/2 C. salad dressing 1/4 C. zesty Italian dressing 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated 2 C. corkscrew noodles, cooked and drained 1 1/2 C. imitation crabmeat, chopped 1 C. broccoli flowerets, partially cooked 1/2 C. green pepper, chopped 1/2 C. tomato, chopped 1/4 C. green onion slices
In a small bowl combine the dressings and cheese. Mix well. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add dressing mix and toss. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 4-6 servings
