This dip is very tasty and can also be spread on thin slices of French bread and served on individual plates.
3 C. zucchini shredded 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbs. olive oil 2 Tbs. lemon juice 4 Tbs. fresh cilantro chopped 8 oz. cream cheese softened salt and pepper to taste
