Brown rice is extremely nutritious and gives this crockpot dish a bit of texture.
3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked, diced 1/4 C. green onions, chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 C. cooked brown rice 1/4 C. dry white wine or chicken broth 2 C. chicken broth
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
