This is a very simple and healthy meal, which is easy to rebuild in any way you want.
1 bag of frozen dinner brown potatoes 1 lb. of ground turkey 1 pkg. of taco seasoning mix 1 can of chopped chili peppers 2 C. of grated cheddar cheese
Brown ground turkey and drain. Add taco seasoning and follow directions on the pkg. for taco meat. Grease a casserole dish. Mix together meat mixture, chili peppers, dinner browns, and 1 C. of cheese and put into casserole. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hash browns are cooked.Marianne
