This cheesy casserole is the perfect way to use up leftover or frozen turkey or chicken. A quick meal to throw together when you're not feeling creative.
1 C. milk 1/2 C. salad dressing 1 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed 2 C. cubed cooked chicken/Turkey 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked, drained 5 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained 1 Tbs. chopped chives
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk and salad dressing; add Velveeta. Heat over low heat, stirring until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 quarts casserole; bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Yield: 6-8 servings
