As the name suggests, you can guess what you'll be hearing at the dinner table.
2 tsp. salt 4-6 qt. boiling water 1 lb. medium egg noodles 1 C. chopped onion 2 Tbs. butter 4 lb. ground chuck 1 1/2 C. chopped green pepper 6 8 oz. cans tomato sauce 1 16 oz. can corn, drained 2 Tbs. chili powder Salt, to taste 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Cook noodles uncovered until just tender. Drain. Sauté onion in butter; add the meat and cook until brown. Add next 5 ingredients. Mix well and then combine with noodles. Pour into a 6 qt. baking dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
