Fabulous side dish for cheese-lovers. Also, a great way to get kids to eat veggies.
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 2 eggs 1 onion, chopped 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup 1 C. mayonnaise 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese 1 C. bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, in a large mixing bowl; pour into a buttered 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 4-6 servings
