Cream of mushroom soup and a dry onion soup mix blend to season this chicken dish.
1/2 C. butter or margarine 1 20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained 6-8 boned skinned half breasts of chicken 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1/4 C. shredded cheese
Melt butter in bottom of 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Combine soups with broccoli. Rub chicken with additional butter; sprinkle with salt. Lay chicken over broccoli mixture and top with cheese. Bake in 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours or until chicken is tender. Yield: 6 servings
