This creamy casserole has lots of Ritz crackers for a salty crunch.
2 sleeves Ritz crackers 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup 1 8 oz. carton sour cream 1/2-1 C. chicken broth 4-6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked 4 oz. butter or margarine, melted
Crumble one sleeve of Ritz crackers in bottom of a 2-2 1/2 qt. casserole. Drizzle 1/2 of melted butter over crackers. Mix chicken with soup, sour cream and broth. Pour over crackers. Crush remaining sleeve of crackers over chicken mixture. Drizzle remaining melted butter over crackers. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes.Yield: 6 servings
