Ingredients

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbs. butter
1 C. chicken broth
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Place the chicken in the crock pot. Add the butter, chicken broth, and Ranch dressing. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours. Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred.
Add the chicken back to the crock pot. Add the cream cheese and Cream of Mushroom soup. Mix well. Cover and continue to cook on Low for 2 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
