Get your kids (and others) to eat their green vegetables with this delicious, creamy casserole.
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli ½ C. margarine, melted 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed 1 (10 ½ oz.) can Cheddar soup
Drain and cook broccoli. Moisten crushed crackers with half the margarine. Toss broccoli and remaining margarine. Stir cheese soup into broccoli. Turn into a buttered 12 x 8 x 2 inch casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
