A creamy chicken dish with three kinds of soup is baked with a crunchy Ritz cracker topping.
2 C. cooked, deboned chicken 1 C. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 C. margarine, melted
Place cooked chicken in a baking dish. Mix sour cream and soups. Pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
