1/2 C. canned pumpkin puree 1/4 C. silken tofu 1 C. vanilla soy milk or skim milk 1 Tbs. blackstrap molasses 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Plop ingredients in blender, turn on blender and away you go until smooth. This is very good and good for you. Serves 1.
