This sesame chicken dish is just like you'd get from a Chinese food restaurant – sticky and sweet.
2 1b. skinless, boneless chicken thighs. 1/2 C. low sodium soy sauce 1/3 C. packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 Tbs. ketchup 2 Tbs. toasted sesame seeds
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.Yield: 4-6 servings
