Crumbly apricot, brown sugar, and lemon squares are baked to perfection.
2 C. sliced fresh apricots 1 C. graham-cracker crumbs 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 C. brown sugar 2 Tbsp. melted butter light cream
Combine brown sugar, graham-cracker crumbs, melted butter and lemon juice. Blend gently with sliced apricots. Spread in shallow buttered baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serve with light cream.Makes 6 servings.
