There is nothing better than the taste of chicken soaked with nacho cheese and rice.
4 C. chicken, diced 1 package California blend frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots) 1 box Chicken Rice-a-Roni 1 can nacho cheese soup
Stir fry chicken until golden brown. In saucepan, heat vegetables. Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on package. Combine all in a casserole dish and mix in nacho cheese soup. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until steaming hot.
