You choose whatever fresh or frozen veggies you want to add to your own chicken casserole.
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup 1 C. milk 2 Tbs. instant minced onion 2 C. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 1/2 C. cut-up cooked chicken 2 C. Bisquick mix 1/4 C. sliced green onion 2 Tbs. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 egg
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 3-qt. saucepan heat soup, milk and instant minced onion to boiling , stirring constantly. Stir in vegetables and chicken. Pour into a non greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and soup is bubbly.
