This sauce is excellent for dipping seafood, especially when it's cooked with Japanese flavorings.
1 C. Hellmann's mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip) 3 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. water 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger Salt
Start with the 1 C. mayo and then whisk in the ingredients in order of listing – taste before adding salt and adjust any seasonings. You should not be able to taste any one ingredient.
