Creamy sauce and a little curry kick make for a delicious chicken and broccoli casserole.
1-1/2 lb. chicken tenders 1 pkg. chopped broccoli cooked not too much 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 Tbs. lemon juice 1/2 C. mayonnaise 1 tsp. curry or to taste paprika Parmesan cheese
Cook chicken in oven in aluminum foil. Layer in casserole with broccoli. Pour over sauce and sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan. Bake 350° for 30 minutes or bubbling. Serves 4-5.
