Very spicy with chili powder and garlic, this is a marinade that will knock your socks off. Great to use on meat when you're making an Asian-themed meal.
1 Tbs. brown sugar 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar 1 C. ketchup 1/2-1 tsp. Chinese hot mustard 1 large garlic clove, minced 1 Tbs. soy sauce 1-3 tsp. Asian chili paste with garlic
Combine all ingredients except chili paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chili paste. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling. Yield: 1 1/4 cups
