1lb ground beef 1/2 C. chopped onions 1 1/2 C. uncooked quick cooking rice 1 C. mild picante sauce 1/2 C. water 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up 12 oz. can green giant Mexi-corn [whole kernel golden sweet corn with red and green sweet peppers] 6 oz. can tomato paste
In a large skillet brown ground beef and onion, drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until mixture comes to boil; boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.Makes 4 servings.
