Adding cream cheese to a cake mix makes this recipe rich and smooth.
1 yellow cake mix (2 layer) 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 C. vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 15 oz. can blueberries, drained 2 tsp. vanilla
Combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil, and eggs; mix well. Add blueberries and vanilla; stir until well combined. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until done. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
