Add some tortellini pasta, Greek olives and feta cheese to the rest of this recipe for an amazing Greek tasting pasta salad.
1 9 oz. pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked according to pkg. directions, drained well 5 Roma tomatoes, washed and cut into large chunks 1/2 English seedless cucumber, unpeeled, cut into large chunks 1 4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained 1/4 C. sliced mild pepperoncini peppers, drained 1/2 C. bottled Italian or Greek salad dressing 3 green onions, chopped 1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley 4 oz. feta cheese
Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours, until well chilled.
