3 C. sweet potatoes 1 Tbs. butter 1/2 C. cream 1/2 C. brown sugar 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. salt 1 C. small marshmallows 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Bake potatoes with skin on, peel and mash. Add butter, cream, brown sugar, egg and salt; mix well. Add nuts and put in greased 1 quart baking dish and top with marshmallows. Bake 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown on the top. From: Joan Turner, Port Haywood, Virginia
