This traditional Mediterranean dip has become a commonplace appetizer for many people in America. Pureed garbanzo beans (or chick peas) make for a healthy snack or appetizer.
2 1/2 C. canned garbanzo beans, rinsed 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. cumin 1 1/2 Tbs. fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste
