This is a great recipe to have in your repertoire for emergency sweet situations. Plus, it doesn't bake in the oven, so it's a great one for kids to help out.
1 10 oz. bag or 2 6 oz. bags Riesen Chocolates, unwrapped 12 graham crackers 1/4 C. evaporated milk 1 C. coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
Cover bottom of a 15x10x1-inch sheet pan with graham crackers. Set aside. Microwave chocolate caramels and milk in a 1 quart microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high, stirring after one minute, until mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes. Pour and smooth over graham crackers. Sprinkle with nuts. Using apiece of waxed paper, gently press nuts into chocolate. Tip: Instead of using evaporated milk, try substituting with your favorite flavored coffee creamer. Instead of pecans try using your favorite nut.
