2/3 C. macadamia nuts 1 1/4 C. all-purpose flour 1/2 C. butter, softened 1/2 C. sugar 1 egg 1/2 C. coconut flakes 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
