A honey-glaze compliments the flavor of beets.
1 (16 oz.) can beets (drain and reserve 2/3 C. juice) 1 Tbs. cornstarch 2 Tbs. Sue Bee Honey 1/2 tsp. salt dash pepper 1/4 C. vinegar
Mix beet juice, cornstarch, Sue Bee Honey, salt, pepper and vinegar in saucepan. Heat to boiling stirring constantly until thickened and glaze-like. Add beets and heat through.
