This is such a sweet and tasty recipe for you not so ordinary stuffing. Add the tanginess of pineapples to your stuffing mix and you will never want to make stovetop stuffing again.
1/2 C. butter 1 C. sugar 4 eggs 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 5 slices white bread, cubed
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time and stir in between. Add pineapple. Stir. Fold in bread. Pour mix into a greased casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Bonnie Laughlin of McKeesport, Pennsylvania
