In this super-easy crockpot soup recipe, you don't even need to cook the chicken before since it cooks itself in this time. It's so good, it even gets a compliment from my husband. This one is a keeper!
1 3/4 C. water 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, cut in pieces 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 (11 oz.) can corn w/ peppers drained 1 C. salsa 3 C. tortilla chips 2 oz. Monterey cheese w/ peppers shredded
Add all of the ingredients except cheese and chips to crockpot and cook for about 6 hours. When finished, fill the bowls and put the chips and cheese on top. Jamie Tomkins, Lakeside, AZ
