This casserole is fantastic and for anyone who enjoys sausage, mushrooms, green pepper and wild rice.
1 lb. bulk sausage 1 can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1 C. chopped green pepper 1 medium box wild rice
Brown sausage and drain grease. Cook rice according to box directions. Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot and let it simmer on low for at least four hours. Al Slocum
