A very tasty and simple quiche to make for lunch or dinner. Your family will love it.
1 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1 10-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & well drained 1-1/2 C. of grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. dry basil 4 eggs 1-1/2 C. milk 2 unbaked pie crusts
Arrange broccoli and cheese in pie shells to completely cover the bottom. Whisk soup and basil with eggs and milk. Pour mixture into shells. Bake 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before cutting. Brenda Berry of Moncton, Canada,
