2 Tbs. olive oil 1 sm. head cabbage, chopped 8 or more banana peppers, chopped 2 scallions, sliced 1 lb. ground turkey 1 14.5 oz. can tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano 1/2 C. marsala wine Basil, garlic, and fennel seed to top Parmesan or romano cheese to top
Layer ingredients in the order listed, starting with 2 Tbs. olive oil drizzled on the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle basil, garlic, and fennel seed on top, and then cheese. Drizzle olive oil on top. Cook on low setting for 8-9 hours. Susan Melaragno, Ashtabula, OH
