Ingredients

2 15 oz. cans black beans, undrained
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 C. chopped onion
1 22 oz jar mild salsa

Directions

Heat 2 tsp. oil over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Stir in back beans and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and bring to a simmer.
