Serve this easy, creamy chicken with egg noodles. It makes a delicious sauce for the noodles.
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 6 slices Swiss cheese prefer thick deli slices 1 family size can cream of chicken soup 2 cans chicken broth (may substitute white wine) 1 package prepared stuffing mix 2 Tbs. butter
Layer the chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Cover with Swiss cheese. Mix cream soup with broth and pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Dot butter over stuffing mix. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Susan Simon, North Riverside, IL
