A bottle of beer is the secret ingredient in this slow-cooked BBQ.
1 4 to 5 lb. Roast Beef 1 Envelope of Onion Soup Mix 8 oz. of Ketchup 1 12 oz. Bottle or Can of Beer 1 Small Onion, Chopped
To crockpot, add your Onion Soup Mix, Ketchup, Beer and Chopped Onion. Mix well to blend together. Add your piece of Roast to the Crock Pot and turn in the sauce to cover. Put the lid on your Crock Pot and put on Automatic. Cook your Roast about 7 hours or till you can shred with a fork. Serve on Crusty Rolls. Celia Haas, Hillside, NJ
