4 or 5 boneless chicken breast 2 cans of cheese soup Fresh or frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, celery, onion - your choice)
Place chicken in crockpot. Add vegetables. Pour in the 2 cans of soup. Cook on low for 6 hours.
