This sweet and easy cake has great lemon flavor from lemonade and lemon Jell-O.
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O 3/4 C. hot water 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 4 eggs 3/4 C. Wesson oil, do not substitute 1 small can concentrated frozen lemonade, thawed 3/4 C. granulated sugar
Mix Jell-O and hot water until dissolved. Set aside. In separate bowl mix cake mix, eggs and oil. Beat at high speed for 4 minutes. Add Jell-O mix and beat 4 minutes longer. Pour into tube pan greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Mix frozen lemonade with sugar. Poke holes in cake with fork and pour lemonade mixture over cake while still hot and let remain in pan for 1 hour. Mary Taylor, Jacksonville, FL
