Ingredients

2 2/3 C. bean sprouts
2 medium carrots, grated
1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Sunflower seed kernels
2 3/4 Tbs. Fresh parsley, chopped
1 medium avocado, sliced
1/3 C. plus 3 Tbs. Fat-free cucumber dressing

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
