With a yogurt sauce sweetened with a little honey, this is a smart choice for breakfast or anytime.
2 C. plain lowfat yogurt 3 Tbs. Honey 3/4 tsp. Lemon zest 1 Tbs. Plus 1 tsp. Lemon juice 4 navel oranges, peeled and segmented
