Ingredients

6 oz. chicken breast, boneless and skinless
Flour
1 1/2 Tbs. oil
2 oz. ham, sliced
1 1/2 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 Kaiser bun
Lettuce

Directions

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Dredge the chicken in the flour. Add to the skillet and cook until tender and lightly browned. Place on a cookie sheet. Top with the ham and cheese. Place under the broiler until the cheese has melted. Place on the bun and garnish with the lettuce.
